30-Day Returns for Store Credit

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit only. To be eligible for a return: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at: support@kingdomkidscollection.com Please include: Your order number, photos of the item and issue. We will review your request and provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at support@kingdomkidscollection.com with: Your order number, your name, reason for your return, and the item you would like to return. We will respond with return instructions.

How Store Credit Works

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit in the form of a code to your email that can be used at checkout for any future Kingdom Kids purchase. Store credit never expires unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, store credit allows you to reorder the correct size or item easily.
