At Kingdom Kids, each item is made especially for you when you place an order. Because our products are custom-made, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit in original condition.

What is Kingdom Kids?

Kingdom Kids is a faith-based brand created to help children grow in their knowledge and love for Jesus and confidently wear God's truth. Our products are designed to remind children that their identity is found in Christ and that they are valued members of God's Kingdom.

When will my order ship?

Most orders are made especially for you after purchase and typically ship within 2–7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're happy to help! Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@kingdomkidscollection.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make things right.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Returned items must be: Unworn, Unwashed and In original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How will I receive my store credit?

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a store credit of the original purchase item price to your email that can be used on any future Kingdom Kids purchase.

Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. Instead, you'll receive store credit that can be used to purchase a different size or item.
